Our introductory riding lesson is designed for new riders who want to experience horseback riding in a safe, welcoming environment. During this one-hour private session, students are introduced to basic horsemanship, including grooming, tacking, and foundational riding skills while working with one of our school horses.
Beginner private lessons with a school horse are designed for riders who are new to horseback riding or still developing foundational skills. During this one-hour session, students receive individualized instruction while working with one of our well-trained lesson horses. Riders are introduced to grooming, tacking, proper position, steering, and basic control of the horse. These lessons will move each rider’s pace while building confidence and establishing a strong foundation in horsemanship.

During this one-hour session, instructors work individually with the rider to improve position, balance, steering, and overall communication with the horse. Lessons are tailored to both horse and rider to help create a solid foundation and encourage steady progress.
Intermediate private lessons with a school horse are designed for riders who have developed basic riding skills and are ready to continue advancing their technique. During this one-hour session, riders work with one of our lesson horses while focusing on refining position, improving control, and developing more advanced flatwork skills. Depending on the rider’s experience, lessons may also incorporate pole work and introductory jumping exercises to further develop balance and coordination.
Intermediate private lessons for riders with their own horse provide individualized instruction focused on advancing both horse and rider. During this one-hour session, instructors work closely with the rider to refine technique, improve communication with the horse, and progress toward more advanced flatwork or jumping exercises when appropriate. Lessons are customized to each horse-and-rider combination to support continued development and performance.

These sessions are designed to help riders and horses develop together while receiving structured instruction in a supportive group setting.
All riders required to sign waivers. All riders required to wear helmets at all times while mounted. Helmets not provided.
